What you'll do
- Cook North Indian curries, breads and biryani to order, to a consistent standard
- Lead and guide the kitchen team through service
- Keep taste, portion size and presentation consistent every single time
- Manage prep, gravies and mise en place for the day
- Control wastage and keep an eye on ingredient quality
- Maintain strict food-hygiene standards across the kitchen
Who we're looking for
What you need
- Experienced Indian master cook — able to run the section independently
- Strong command of North Indian curries, tandoor breads and biryani
- Comfortable cooking in a 100% pure-vegetarian kitchen (no meat, no egg)
- Able to lead a small team calmly through a busy service
- Reliable and consistent — quality is the whole job
